I purchased the HP G72-b60US Notebook PC recently. It was suppose to come with a webcam installed. It physically appears to have it. Above the screen there are indications that something is there.
There is no other indication on the computer that it is. I expected mediasmart to be installed. I cannot find it. Where is it hiding?

That model does not come with Media Smart software, Cyberlink Youcam software is what is used for the webcam.

Check in device manager if you see anything related to imaging device?
