HP Mini 210-3060 NR- Webcam not working?

I've never tried to use my web cam before - but now I need to use it and I cannot get it to turn on.

 

I see no device listed in the device manager. 

 

I have HP camera- if I click on that- it shows no camera listed. 

 

I see no drivers listed on the HP Mini 210-3060NR support page.

 

How do I turn the web cam on so the computer will detect it so I can use it?

I have searched everywhere this entire day. If anyone has any insight on how to get the web cam to work- please post it.

 

Its not listed in the device driver, I cannot find a driver to download (not on the driver list on HP's website), I've tried everything other threads have mentioned. I'm at a loss.

 

Its Windows 7 and the netbook is only a few months old.
