HP Mini and Printer

I bought my wife an HP Mini so that she could use the Quickweb facility to deal with her emails - which is fine.

 

Then she wants to print out downloaded tickets or vouchers so I bought her an HP Deskjet 1000 J110a printer.

 

I cannot get this printer to work with Quickweb.  The computer does not recognise the Printer when it is connected by USB so that the printer Tab appears in the Environment Settings.

 

I am sure that I have done everything which I should - Windows 7 shows the drivers are loaded into the Program Area and I can print a picture from Windows but nothing via Quickweb.

 

I think there is a serious omission from the Quickweb software.

You will need to contact PC support @ 800-474-6836. The printer is working as designed, and the PC support agents can assist you with the Quickweb application. If you live outside the US/Canada regions click on the link below to get the support number for your region.
