HP Pavilion DM1 touchpad right-click problem

Hi,

Do any of you who own a DM1 or DM1z series notebook have the same problem I do?  The touchpad mouse buttons, whether pressed or tapped, often interpret RIGHT-CLICKS AS LEFT-CLICKS (equally from the far-right as from close to the dividing line). It happens even when I disable the tapping function.

I am surprised no one responded to this.....  I am having the same problem.  This is a major issue that needs to be addressed.

I am having the same problem.

The problem replicates in Ubuntu 11.0.4 Linux.

So is  the problem hardware or software drivers the verdict is still out.

However, fhis is a major issue that needs to be addressed ASAP.

I'm having the same problem. Ubuntu 10.10.

I have the same problem with Ubuntu 11.04 (not shure if it was there with Ubuntu 10.10)

On Ubuntu 10.04 wasn't a problem with that. But there the radon graphic-chip didn't work.

Please HP, do something! Respond! We payed money for that!
