it's been almost a week now, any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

i tried to reinstall windows, update drivers, factory reset it multiple times.

still getting blue screen issues.

seems to be everytime i windows update or leave it on idle after a while.

my PC    "hp pavilion dv6 3017tu   windows 7 ultimate 32bit "

i am getting the blue screen effect i can't login to windows then i opened in safe mode and

I just uninstalled the consumer IR device since it was flagged in the device manager. I heard in some forums that if you uninstalled it and reboot, the system will try to reinstall it again. so i checked the device manager and didn't found the consumer IR device. So how can I get it back or install it back?  and how to restart  windows without  blue screen effect  help me  please.......

Hi,

 

First you will need to create a Windows 7 System Repair Disc.

 

Download the ISO file from there if you are using 32-bit Windows 7 or here if you are using 64-bit Windows 7. Next burn the ISO to a CD using ImgBurn. More detilas about it you will find here.

 

Try to restore the system to the point where you remember that everything worked fine by using Windows 7 System Repair Disc. Check the link below to get find more details about it and use option two.

BSOD was caused by the Atheros wireless driver. When you will be able to boot the system then uninstall the current Atheros driver and restart the system.

Download and install the latest Atheros wireless driver from here.

Restart system and check the result.

Hi,

Unfortunately in your case we have a more complicated situation.

The minidump file does not give much information. For sure one of the drivers needs to be updated.

First we will check the sytem files and repair them if needed,  because it looks that one driver which is built-in system should be fixed.

i did that without read anything, but it was the solution so kudos!. who cans close the tread, my computer didnt have the drivers update until a months ago, but when they came out the blue screen fix whit the update.
