Processor, yes theoretically although you already have a good triple core processor. I suspect you really want to upgrade the graphics which cannot be done for love nor money.

ok So what processor can i goto? where to find?
And why the no go on the gcard? The 4250 intergrated card has a PCIex slot that the 6370 is plugged into. is it due to the Vbios or HP's bios? Or mobo?
Was kinda thinking since the 6370 was in a pciex slot i could just get a differnet mobile card and replace the 6370m.

It is not in a pciex slot. It is soldered to the motherboard but the circuitry on the motherboard makes a pciex interface. Not one laptop in a thousand has a removeable graphics card and even for the few that do (usually high end engineering workstations or custom gaming laptops) there is no ready easy market for upgrades. Go into Frys or Best Buy or even on ebay and try to find a laptop video card. There are a few but they are stupid expensive. The laptop video card interface is called mxm. Obviously a desktop card will not fit. Bleeding edge laptop processors are also stupid expensive and the labor to replace one is so high you are almost always better off selling your laptop and buying a new one that meets your needs.
