HP TouchSmart TM2 Error message in 'System Diagnostic s'

Hardware - HP TM2 1000 series
Product running Windows 7 Home Premium.
Previous issues -
Fan replaced after failing. Out-of-warranty repair.
Problem first encountered -
After re-installing the system afresh from the recovery partition, all went well until Windows had gone through initial first-use set-up.
First, Clickpad stopped working, checked 'Mouse' in control panel and nothing showing under 'Synaptics' Tab.
After Windows had inished updating, rebooted netbook and neither Clickpad or Touch screen functioned.
Rebooted into 'HP Diagnostics' and ran 'Hard Disk Testt'. Got the following -
Failure ID - GLWGR0-51R55B-XD6U21-60W903
Product ID - VY569EA#ABU
Any ideas?.
