Hey, I have an hp dv1680us and I need that little SATA hard drive adapter (I lost mine). I keep looking online and can't find it ANYWHERE. Whenever I find a website with hard drive adapters, it says the 1680 uses an IDE drive, when it doesn't. I need the SATA adapter not the IDE one. Does anyone know where to find it, or have an HP part number?
Thanks

Not sure if they will have them or not, but try Arrowfield. In years past when Compaq was using proprietary rails they were able to supply them at a reasonable cost. Below is a link for you to try.
dv6-1350us Windows 7 Home Premium (64 bit)
