Hard Drive Problem Under Warranty

Hi,

The Desktop is :HP Pavilion Elite m9177c - I had-it since nearly a year and a haft

… Still on Warranty (for Parts)

-

Problem : Since a while One of the 2 Hard Drives had a Problem

-

QUESTION :

How does-it work with HP for Covering Parts Under Warranty ?

-

1- Do I have to return the HD with all the info on-it in exchange or

2- Do they supply a New HD without exchange ?

3- or …
