When I start the computer, the blue light and fane comes on. No noise from harddrive, the screen is black. After approx 15 minutes, the BIOS boot screen comes on and the computer starts as normal with no problems. If I shut the computer, wait a minute and start it back up, the computer starts fine. However, if left off for a while, it takes 15 minutes to start up. The clock keeps time fine. This has been going on for a few months now. During that time I have reformatted the drive, updated BIOS, reset BIOS settings to default, and I have tried starting the PC with no peripherals attached with no success
Any ideas?
