Very carefully. LOL. No, here is the Service Manual:

 

dv7t-4000 Manual

 

If you have never done this before, I suggest getting some little dixie cups to hold the screws as you go and mark them somehow as to where they came from. It also helps to snap cell phone pictures as you go just to remind yourself what it looks like. Set aside a couple hours and a big work area with a flat surface.

i took my hp pravillian dv 7 apart and a spring fell out where does it go
