HP Pavilion dv4t-1300, Windows 7 Pro 64-bit
I bought a blu-ray drive to replace the original DVD/CD drive on my HP Pavilion dv4t-1300 laptop and need to transfer the form fitting face plate from the original drive onto the new drive. Old model #: AD-7561S. New model #: HP CT10L.

Hi,
Please use this book, it should tell you how (from page #57):

Good luck.

Thanks for the quick response BH!
Nice manual to have but, unfortunately, it only shows how to remove/replace the optical drive latching bracket. Doesn't have anything on removing/replacing the drive face plate.
Also, the p/n of my drive is 457459-TCO. Not found in the document. Perhaps because it's an original part and not a "spare" part?
