My biaos are not supported is any option to enable vitrualization???????????????????

Have you installed the latest BIOS?

These fix a battery charging issue and have several other important fixes from previous updates rolled in. However, the real problem you will face is that the P7350 processor standard in that machine does not support virtualization.
