Hp Battery slice

Hi i have some problems with the hp battery slice firstly when running on the battery slice it sometimes stops discharging forcing the primary battery to discharge when it shouldnt be.  Also and more importantly when i first got the battery the capacity according to CPUID the capacity is about 91000 mWh however after just two full dicharges and one partial the max capacity is now 87000 mWh when fully charged. Is this normal for Hp batteries? is there a way to stop this from happeing, i mean the battery is only three months old. my dell battery is three years old and also 9cell and it was abused all the time but still works as good as new.
