I seem to have the same problem.  Do your caps lock and num lock LEDs flash four times in sync, pause, then flash four times, pause, flash four times, etc?  That's what mine is doing.  Have you found a solution yet?  Normally, I can fix a problem without assistance; but not when I can't even get into the BIOS.
