I buy 2 HP Probook 4530s here in Paraguay, and have troubles with switch (not respond)

i have 2 hp probook 4530s with the same trouble, the switch button not respond, a small light in the side of charger get an intermited light but nothing happen... i want a reply fast! the reseller here not respond my question and not get support for me, i'm very dissapointed of the brand and your local support

The batteries could be sufficiently discharged that the probooks may not be able to turn on.  Please leave the power adaptors plugged in for a few hours and preferably overnight.
