Do you have multiple langauges assigned for your Input languages? Or are you using multiple langauges in any of the third party program (MS Office for example, etc.). This could be causing this issue. Can you try to remove any additional langauges that is configured for your keyboard options and check if this helps resolve the issue. (In Control Panel, regional and language settings).
