Is a laptop coolant necessary if you leave it on for more than 8 hours?

He was kidding you. ![]()
That is a bit like sending someone to the store to buy get some shore line. Cars and trucks have coolant. Not laptops.
There is a gel filled cushion device with electric fans called a laptop cooler that is for preventing your laptop from overheating. and your lap from being so uncomfortably warm. It has nothing to do with a specific length of time (eight hours...Haha) but more to do with high ambient temperature.
Best regards,
erico

Nice Reply.....
Speaking of Fans, Heat and Coolant, My C700 Notebooks Fan is constantly running High/Low/High always...Is that just one of the quirks of the Model or a Defect? What ya Think? And Yes, i have applied all patches, and updates including the bios.....
Would there be anyone out there with some info?
Thanks!
