I would like to inform you that my laptop is under warranty and purchased on 07/06/2010.  My DVD Writer is not working for that i have visited your service center at Simtech Computer ( Hp's service center ) at productivity road in Vadodara. As laptop is under warranty and wanted to change it's part as early as possible for my business purpose. I drop my laptop at the service center on 21/01/2011.  Till the issue has not been resolved from your side. They are saying something about CT no. i don't know what is this and what are the internal processes for replacement of parts under warranty.
