Looking for a Motherboard replacement

I just recently got some help on here in regards to a graphics card problem. Well, the result was that the card slot is ruined, and I can either stick with PCI cards, or get a new motherboard. Considering I don't want to use PCI, I'm looking to just get a new motherboard.

My motherboard specs are HERE. A person told me that I should buy THIS motherboard, which is actually an improvement to the one I have.

I was first wondering if the recommended motherboard would work on my computer, or if there's some feature in it that I'm missing and may need (such as the 2 less memory sockets). Secondly, if that doesn't work, can anyone recommend a motherboard that would work, or even if it does work, and someone knows of one better (such as 4 memory sockets, since I have 4 sticks of RAM)? And thirdly, if at all possible, can someone direct me to where I can buy one? I've been searching for my motherboard (the nettle3) for probably an hour now, and can't find any professional site or store to sell it.

ANY and ALL help will be GREATLY appreciated. =)

Here is one source. and another one.  Here is the google search I used. For the price they are asking you can buy a better motherboard.@$200.00 USD.
