Maximum amount of RAM in a ZV5000Z

[ Edited ]

I have a Zv5000Z laptop (product number DP523AV with a single 512 MB SIMM and a spare slot.  I'm trying to find out the maximum RAM the computer can hold.  I believe it's limited to another 512 MB SIMM, but I first want to make see whether I could make use of a 1GB chip.  The processor is an AMD Athlon 64 3000+.

Thanks

Yes I had that exact model and had 2 x 1 gig of DDR333 in it and it was fine.

Thanks everyone.  I added 1 GB to the 512 MB already there and it made a huge difference in performance.  Don't think I'll get rid of the 512 chip to replace with a 1gig chip.  1.5 seems to be working fine.
