Hi there can you help me with the bios password for my 110? the serial # is {removed for privacy}

also there is a problem with it, it works fine but when i power it down and restart it stuck at the HP boot screen and doesn't boot, until after several restarts.  is there any updates i need to do for the bios, or this could be a hardware problem?
