Multiple issues on my dv4-1275mx

My main problem at present is that it won't turn on. For several weeks now, anytime I was working on it, it would randomly shut off. Last night, it did just that and wouldn't turn back on. I talked to a chat agent with customer care and they walked me through a couple things but none of them worked. I keep trying to call the customer care number, but I end up on hold for 30 minutes or more.

 

I have had it for 7 months. I still have the factory warranty on it. My boyfriend told me that his did something similar and it ended up being a problem with the motherboard. But the chat agents kept acting like it was a power issue.

same  with me its just only some time this happens and when i get on it suddenly freezes
