NO TV Tuner Channels

I have a HP Pavilion dv7 1020us with an integrated TV tuner (digital).  I have Comcast (analog) cable package for my home.  When I plug in the coax cable into the TV tuner port in my laptop, than scan for channels, it won't even pick up any channels.  I've tried both the digital and analog cable scans, but no channels can be viewed.

 

Just wondering what I might be doing wrong.
