I need to schedule repair for my notebook under warranty as the hard drive is making a horrible noise and tests show dirty volume with predicted failure.
Why am I not able to use the online chat anymore. It just scans my products returns Null as the result for updated drivers and that's it. The activex is installed, etc.
Anybody have a link that I may be missing?
