is there a difference in pci express and pci express 2.0. if so what is the significance of 2.0

Hi,

Take a read of this. PCI-e 2.0 (16mb/s) has twice the bus data rate of 1.0 (8mb/s). PCI-e 2.0 is downwardly compatible to PCI-e 1.0.
