I have a Pavilion DV4T-1400. The hard drive crashed within a few months of use while under warranty. HP replaced the drive with another that worked for another few months before crashing this week.
However the laptop is now out of warranty and I need to know if I can get this replaced this under warranty since it is an existing issue?
How do I go about doing this since the Getting hold of tech support is like trying to getting to speak to the president of United States. Multiple disconnection, extremely long wait times - tech support ask your name then hang up, on hold for tech support and lines go dead?
Thank you

I doubt you will have it fixed if it is out of warranty unless there is a recall. Consider looking for a replacement online with a good review and warranty.
