Hi,
A few years ago I've bought a HP Pavilion dv5 1160eh notebook, and it still works perfectly. However I'd like to upgrade the memory modules because of my work. I'd like to like to know the maximum amount of memory it can handle. I found the notebook works with DDR2 and the original modules run on 667 Mhz. Is it possible to uprade to 4 or even 6 or 8 Gb? And if it is possible is it ok to use 800Mhz modules?
Many thanks for any help!
Regards,

Hi,
Please look at the right hand side, it tells you the total and the combinations. You can use 800MHz RAM but only run at 667MHz. You can buy from them or use this info to buy elsewhere.
