Pavillion dv6707 Webcam Vista SP2 not working

The webcam on our HP Pavillion dv6707us has stopped working Yahoo Messenger after upgrading to Vista SP2.

 

I've tried everything listed on the "Solving Webcam Problems" pag, but so far not having any luck.  "HP Webcam" shows up under "Imaging devices" in the device manager, and the properites|Genera tab reports that the device is working properly, but no program seems to be able to access it.

 

I've also tried installing Cyberlink YouCam and operating the webcam through it, but I get this error:

"Cannot connect to this video device (HP Webcam).  Please select another capture device via Settings or close any applications that may be using this video device and restart YouCam."
