Power Button

Hello,

 

I've HP Pavilion DV6700 which had a standaart video chip issue. I got a new motherboard and installed it myself. Everything was ok but I did something wrong, there was no sound anymore. So, I decided to re-open and check everything again. Now, when I press on power button it doesn't turning on but whenever I move my finder over sound + - or on/off, or any button on touch screan near power button, its turning on.. Whats going on??!?
