Hi
Im working on a HP Pavillion HDX9300
Suddently the HD is bad, and now i need a Power-on password to enter the Bios.
I´v never typed a password in bios, and i tryed to remove the bios-battery in 2 hours.
But it still wants the Power-on password.
What can i do?

The business models including the mobile work stations have very stringent security. The only way to break a power on password is to remove and replace the chip it is stored upon. Removing the BIOS battery will not help.
