Presario CQ60 212EM -Webcam XP drv request and problem with ACPI

Hi!

I try to install XP on Presario CQ60 212EM. Everything works nice, but I can't get any picture from WebCam (VID_04F2&PID_B091)- screen is blank. Do I need any special XP drivers?

Next problem is to turn-off or restart computer. It looks like switched-off (black screen), but fan and HDD still works. 

Can anybody help me, please?
