Problem in wireless button, volume mute button and volume scroll zone

Product Number: WE047EA

 

Operating System installed: Windows7, 64-bit

 

Suddenly my wireless button, volume mute button and volume scroll zone is not working.....

Plz help me to solve the problem.

Try a hard reset, works sometimes.Disconnect all external devices first.

1-remove power cord and battery

2-press power button for 30 seconds

3-reinstall only power cord for first startup.

4-power on

Again the problem arise!

Now, only the wireless button is not working..... I am trying to sove the problem by hard reset. At first I disconnect all the external devices. Then

1-remove power cord and battery

2-press power button for 30 seconds

3-reinstall only power cord for first startup.

4-power on

 

But it is still not working. So I am unable to access in my WiFi zone.

 

Plz help me again to solve the problem.

hi i am having same kind of problems.....wireless touch button keeps going off
done all the things hp suggest but still the same

hp what is the answer to this problem please resolve it

how can i get the drivers and upgrades i need computer is all jacked up. i cant watch movies and it runs super slow, please help
