Operating System installed: Windows7, 64-bit
Suddenly my wireless button, volume mute button and volume scroll zone is not working.....
Plz help me to solve the problem.

Try a hard reset, works sometimes.Disconnect all external devices first.
1-remove power cord and battery
2-press power button for 30 seconds
3-reinstall only power cord for first startup.
4-power on

Again the problem arise!
Now, only the wireless button is not working..... I am trying to sove the problem by hard reset. At first I disconnect all the external devices. Then
1-remove power cord and battery
2-press power button for 30 seconds
3-reinstall only power cord for first startup.
4-power on
But it is still not working. So I am unable to access in my WiFi zone.
Plz help me again to solve the problem.

how can i get the drivers and upgrades i need computer is all jacked up. i cant watch movies and it runs super slow, please help
