SO UPSET OVER MY NEW LAPTOP

I purchased, online, and received an HP laptop computer on March 2nd, 2012, Model number dvtt-6c00. I noticed that the base had a bubble in it, right below the right click button, I contacted HP on the 19th of March, she reassured me that there was nothing wrong with it. Today, I contact them again, the bubble has now caused a separation from the base and i can see down into my computer laptop. I was told that I can not get a replacement due to outside of the 21 day period even though i already contacted them regarding the same issue. I was told that i would have to send in my laptop, they would review and examine it, if they feel it is something of a manufactured problem then they would fix it, if not, i would pay to fix it. First of all, I operate a state licensed business out of my home and use this laptop as my business, i can not go without a computer, even for a day, secondly, I attend online classes, again, using this computer. If I would have purchased this laptop at a store, they would have replaced it, no problem, but since I purchased it through your main company, I can not do anything about this issue. This computer cost me over 1000.00, I expected it to to hold together longer than a month. Would you please see what you can do about replacing this brand new computer. I am very upset with John, the case manager, as he said that he needs to see if I have done this myself and that this may be a false report. As it stands, I have never owned anything but HP laptops, but with this issue I am having, I would never recommend anyone purchasing a HP computer of any type. I will also continue to share the internet world what I am going through with your company until this gets resolved without me going without my business computer and losing my license due to not having the proper forms on file.

Well, nobody is going to send you a new laptop without looking at the old one. Can you perhaps post a picture? I am curious what this bubble looks like. We are not HP but end users who help out here and sometimes we can get HP to come in and get involved but you have to make your case.
