Screen Flickering after turning on from sleep.

I recently bought the HP Pavilion Notebook PC dv6-6102AX. With AMD A8-3530MX APU, Dual Graphics with Radeon HD 6220G and 6750M, 8GB RAM and 750 5400RPM HDD, running on Windows 7 64-bit.

I've updated the laptop's software, e.g. using Windows Update, but i haven't updated the graphics driver yet, when I go to the AMD main site to download the drivers, it says .'..your hardware/software is incompatible'. I have checked the HP site for my drivers but it could not be found. (The model dv6-6102AX is not listed on the HP sites.)

Can anyone help me?

Thank You.

The model is now listed on the HP site, the site for the drivers are:

http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/product?product=5131405&lc=en&cc=au&dlc=en&lang=en&tmp_track_link...

Downloaded the latest drivers (graphics) and the screen stop flickering afterwards from sleep.

Re: Screen Flickering after turning on from sleep.

I Googled many times on the flickering screen after wakeup from hibernation without resolution.  My problem turned out to be the Samsung  226 B/W LCD monitor.  Eventually it flickered all the time and problem went away after I replaced it.  This monitor has history of problems with defective electrolytic capacitors. Since 2003 or so have seen evidence of the defective electrolyte in Dell motherboards, TV Tuners, JVC DVD recorders, and now this monitor.
