Screen brightness issue with new Dv6-z Gray colors disappear when turning up brightness.

Hi All,

First post here and thank you in advance for any help. I bought a DV6z back in November and love it so far. 

Since i bought the computer I have been having an issue with the screen brightness. When I turn the brightness all the way up, light gray colors ending up disapeering or turning into a white. A good example is on my website www.searchlogicmedia.com if you scroll halfway down to the "testimonails" box. The box is supposed to be white with a light gray backround. When i turn the brightness all the way up, it ends up all being white. This has been a problem because I do a lot of design work on this machine and it has been very frustrating working on a piece and then finding out it doesn't look right once I see it on any other machine.

Any advice on this would be great.

Computer monitors may need to be calibrated. If you have AMD graphics you can go into the Catalyst control panel and adjust the gamma and white balance settings.
