Hallo,
Question.
I have a:
RJ460AV - HP Compaq 6710b Base Model Notebook PC
on the motherboard is a : TPM Embedded Security Chip
Made HD completely empty with Darik's Boot and Nuke (DBAN)
tpm chip doesn't recognize HD
Try to make bootsector with the Ultimate BootCD een bootsector and partition, but laptop shuts off automatically. after 30 secs or so.
Too hot, no, because in bios it stays on.
conclusion: something to do with HP Protection tools and the TPM chip en Enhanced Pre-Boot Security
TPMchip is zeroed, no tpm password resides , so tpm cleared, drivelock is off
what now???
is removal of the TPM embedded security chip possible?? and if yes how?
Kind regards
Steef
