My touchsmart tx2-1015ea displays the following error during POST:
"You are using the wrong battery on this system. Please remove this battery. Press any key to shutdown the system".
Momentarily removing the battery while the system boots allows normal battery operation until the system is restarted.
Replacing the original HP 4 cell battery with an equivalent 4 cell battery has not solved the issue.
Any help greatly appreciated
