The HP Pavilion dv6t not customizable in Canada?

I was looking on the HP US site and found the perfect laptop for me: http://shopping2.hp.com/en_US/home-office/-/products/Laptops/HP-Pavilion/A2Z58AV?HP-Pavilion-dv6t-6c...

 

I want it so bad but with a few tweaks to suit my needs. When I went on the Canadian site it was not only confusing and disorganized compaired to the American site. The prices were higher by about 150 dollars and there was NO customization option for me. Why is the price higher? Can I buy from the American site and still get it in Canada? 

 

I'm really dissapointed to see this..
