Touch controls malfunctioning

Hello,

 

Using HP dv8t-1000, product number: NQ226AV, Windows 7 64-bit.

 

The touch controls keep popping up and self adjusting even though I am not touching them. Wireless and bluetooth will turn off unexpectedly as well.

 

This has been an on-going issue for a long time.

 

Please let me know if there is anything that I can do - even disabling the touch controls would be okay.

Hi Chris,

 

There is a Firmware update to correct this issue which can be downloaded from the page on the link below.
