Touchpad doesn't work on envy dv6-7200sl

the touchpad on my new envy dv6-7200sl doesn't work anymore. Do you have any advice?

Hi,

Please check if the touchpad is disabled from the switch. there is a indicator at the touchpad left top corner itself which shows if the touchpad is disabled, tap that area twoce to enable and disable again. hope it works.

First try the classic Reset to try and gently kick things back into working order:

Next,
you may have just accidently turned off the ClickPad (newer version of the TouchPad):

Using and Configuring the ClickPad

The little "toggle" ON/OFF button on the TouchPad / ClickPad is a smooth, invisible button in the far UPPER, LEFT corner.

You must give it a FIRM double-tap to activate the button.
