Touchpad

Model- HP Pavillion dm4t- 1100

Product #- WV565AV

OS- Windows 7

 

I just recently got my notebook fixed-- the screen had to be replaced because of an internal crack.  I tried to turn it on and use it, much to my dismay the mouse touchpad and buttons do not work at all.  I do have an in home carepack, but I was curious if this was an issue I could fix without having to get a technician to come to my home.  The mouse lock also does not work, so it is not locked.
