Does HP support care if if i upgrade my memory? I am about to send in my laptop because the screen has died and am just wondering if i should dig up my old small size ram so that my computer is back to stock when i send it in. I cant see that adding more ram a year ago could have any effect on my screen dying today. Thanks for any help

No it will not void the warranty. You might make a note on the warranty slip that you are sending it in with x gigs of RAM so they know that you know what you had.
