It used to work when it first came, but then somehow (I don't know why) it doesn't function anymore, when I try to reinstall the driver, it even says "The HP Webcam has not found"
Please help, it's quite important to my daily need ![]()

Thanks for the help. Somehow I can't find where the recovery manager is, the search doesn't work...could you just tell me where the exact location of that program is?

All of the recovery managers i have seen have no drivers for the webcam.
If there is are no unknown devices in device manger there is no way to install drivers for it anyways!
Do the following:
set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1
start devmgmt.msc
then in device manager, go to view , show hidden devices,
under imaging devices find the HP Webcam and double click on it
if it says something like "this device is not connected now"
then the problem is something else.
try restarting the computer without any usb devices connected.
