Webcam not working, not recognized envy 14t

PRODUCT NUMBER:LR198AAR

PRODUCT NAME: HP ENVY 14t-2000 CTO Notebook PC

 

When i open cyberlink youcam the following message appears:Warning. No webcam detected ....

In device manager of windows the webcam doesnt appears it only appears an unrecognized device.

I had downloaded the youcam installer from drivers&support and reinstalled it but same problem. Before this problem appears the cam was working correctly but i think after i update some things with the HP Support app the problem appears i don't know how to solve it im not looking for restore to factory state way.
