If complainst dont answer if the moderators dont answer if help@hp.com dont answer
What next?
Why offer warranties then blame the consumer for something the retailer did. Surely HP's customers should be looked after and not fobbed off

Why don't you try to explain to us what happened? I went and looked at some of your other posts and it is something about HP revoking a warranty after 10 months. Please tell us the story if you want help.

I tried to use a dvd on the computer when it was 11months old. It didnt work so i tried another etc. I phoned HP they said it expired in January, a month prior. I went arounf and around now its month 14.
I tried the retailer but they just passed the buck.
The laptop was sold " invalidated " as HP terms it. From my experience HP use evey excuse not to provide support.
When i purchased a new pc it came with a 30 day support set up thing free of charge and yet when i phoned HP they knew nothing about it. When i complained i got to speak to some manger in south africa. Infact ewvery time i phone HP i speak to a manager (they must have thousands)
I was trying to connect a hp monitor to a hp computer but the frame rate went to shot. I tried calling hp and all they could say was that it is a commercial unit.
I dont unfderstand i bought it in a shop and it had hp's logo on it.
I also have a hp flash drive i have been phoning hp since may because it hasnt worked, They simply dont give a **bleep**e.
Last month i spent £20 on calling HP.
(BTW i bet the moderators will remove this, they did this before and temporarly banned me)

You bought outside of ordinary channels so you have no warranty. Your only recourse is against the seller. Just because you "bought it in a shop and it had hp's logo on it" does not mean HP has to warrant it.

HP's manufacturers warranty states otherwise.
Otherwise HP could sell any junk sell it and not claim responsibility

It was likely gray market goods...I cannot be sure of that but not every sale of an HP product comes with a warranty. Where exactly did you buy it?
