after buying 2 months, in hp envy 14 2080eo all usb ports is not working or no power supply in usb [ Edited ]

The all 3 usb ports are seems dead and no power suply even I reinstalled the operating system and flashed the bios. Normally we can charrge our mobile through the usb ports and however, when i connect there is no msg or no ligh on mobile. I was just wacthing a movie through my usb headphone and suddenly the sound stopped in headphone speaker and started from pc speaker and from the its not working. I even tried by uninstalling the universal serial bus controllers and after restating it seems the same ..dead all usb ports including usb 3.0 port. need help.

Does it have a warranty? If so, then you can use it to have it checked. You can't just have this problem without any cause.

yes it has warranty...so far i tried and gave up...now will go for warranty
