my hp advanced system diagnostic battery test report this msg
FAILURE ID: PLNK11-5JC4G3-MFKR4J-C0FL03
PRODUCT: LK953EA#ACQ
I bought a new battery and it indicates charging but no increment in charge and it stops increasing the indicator and start again. The power indicator lights shows amber and stable, A friend suggested a charging failure but I don't want to tamper with my netbook hp mini 110-3604ei. Pls need urgent help!
