brand new 6735s hp notebook is freezing constantly while working with several firefox windows

just got my brand new hp notebook - and using it, I have constantly problems with freezing

I was already reeding in this forum, that several other 67xx products of hp have the same problem

how can I solve this problem?

or how can I get online support?

when trying to get online support, following message appears:

I am really unhappy with my product, and considering to give it back, if there is no help or cure

I see, the HP professional help and support gives a "**bleep**" to some problems of their customers

Actually, this forum is made up of users, not necessarily employees of HP. Both of your laptops seem like they might be overheating. It could also need a re-seat of the memory. There are many things that could be affecting a freezing issue. Does it happen in the same spot at the same time or is does it happen at random times during random things? You could try un-installing the program that keeps freezing and re-installing.

I use already a cooler pad, not really helps...

never heared about re-seat of memmory...

could you please explain, what does it do - and how to do that?

note: specially, when I run several firefox browsers, they become unresponsive after a while

There IS NOTHING wrong with your computer!!! ALL YOU HAVE DO DO IS TO TWEAKING it. All you have to do is set your computer to run only the important program as your AV, Firewall, and any important program you need to run when it boot up. The more program in the process will hog your memory and make it run slower.

Then get this program WIndows 7 Manager, it help in tweaking your computer, by shutting down the service and proccess you can operate without.
