brand new computer shows screen static then turns off

ok i have a new pavilion dv6 6163cl that freezes every day that i got 3 weeks ago (december 24 2011) . now the screen shows tv static and turns off too. im running windows 7 home premium 64 bit. i could still use my computer for a few hours every day.

here is an example picture

my computer would do this for 10- 15 seconds and then turn off

BTW I HAVE NEVER EVER DROPPED MY COMPUTER

i have the same problem only happens im on the internet or playing vids
